Scattered stars perch among lacy branches, their pale blue lights shine in a galaxy of green.

Steadily falling, longed for rain trickles into cracks, healing the ground. It beads on leaves, the drops like jewels, evoking sighs of delight.
White on white, waxen blossoms repeat summer’s song along stems stretched tall.
silent gatherings range the sky, their whispers gilded by sun’s descent
New growth emerges, blue-grey, soft as seeds develop, encased in cones. Silent in the days of sun and rain, they wait their time to open, the future written in darkness.
Tender petals open. Their vivid colors set like jewels against verdant leaves.
The sun begins its descent, clouds deflecting rays in a wide circle, touching the earth with gentle warmth. My mind relaxes from the deluge of the day as the creator continues the work of renewal.
At each day’s end, I visit my gardens, to see what has changed. I’m greeted by open faces – unguarded, offering their unique gifts that bring joy and healing to a world weary spirit.
